Our Process (Comprehensive but Convenient!)

We recognize that your time is valuable, so we've developed a process that is both highly thorough yet efficient. There are four steps critical to designing high-impact career marketing portfolios for executives:

STEP #1:   INITIAL CONSULTATION
A 15-20 minute phone consultation is scheduled to discuss your career situation and goals, as well as to critique an existing resume if available. We’ll outline a project strategy, suggest career products, and provide a project quote.

STEP #2:   IN-DEPTH PHONE INTERVIEW
We'll email a detailed Profile for you to review in preparation for a phone interview (60-90 minutes), which is a highly interactive discussion with pointed, in-depth questions relating to your strengths, experience, achievements, and current job target. Our focus will be on identifying your key "selling points" to effectively brand and market you, as well as identifying and discussing strategies for overcoming any potential challenge situations.

STEP #3:   RESUME DEVELOPMENT
Your (custom, from scratch) resume is developed and the draft is emailed for your review in five to seven business days. A 48-hour turnaround is available with a $250 rush fee, though not recommended unless unavoidable.)

STEP #4:   REVIEW, FINE-TUNING, COMPLETION
Following your review, we'll schedule a consult to discuss any needed changes or additions. We'll then email you the revised draft and, following your approval of the final draft, email your career documents as well as tips and recommendations on career marketing strategies and future updates of your resume.
